Less than 2 miles from Magnolia Market, you really are within 5 minutes to ALL the things. we picked this vintage cottage specifically for its convenient location and then COMPLETELY renovated it and added all new everything. fully stocked with everything you need for an amazing stay!
The cottage has great curb appeal combined with function: fully fenced grassy front yard, concrete driveway with 2 car metal cover and privacy gate, plus a covered porch with a charming bistro set
The inside of the house is even better: completly renovated and brand new withnopen concept living, dining, kitchen. spacious with everything you need for 4 people to have a comfortable stay.
the kitchen has all amenities like refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. it is well stocked with brand new everything, ready for you to enjoy breakfast in before leaving on your daily adventures. the coffee bar has a regular coffee maker with a complementary pound of Magnolia coffee, cream, sugar, and a hot water kettle with tea bags provided.
the dining area seats 4 and can serve as a game table. choose one of the several board games from the console drawers located under the TV.
the living area has a comfy couch and velvet chair, 4 throw blankets, and a 65 inch flat-screen TV, conveniently programmed with Netflix, hulu, and fubo. you can also enter your own accounts for more streaming options.
there are two bedrooms: located at the front of the house is a "master" bedroom with king sized bed (memory foam mattress), a 55 inch flat-screen TV, and a sitting area. there is door access to the bathroom from this bedroom if you need. the other room is located at the back of the house with a queen sized bed (memory foam mattress) and a sitting area by the window for cozy book reading.
the bathroom is located between the bedrooms off the open living area. it has a full tub/shower combo. we provide towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap etc. with extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and feminine products stored in the vanity.

A fully covered 20×20 concrete patio with outdoor seating and propane grill completes the fully fenced backyard.
