You live both rurally and close to the sea just north of Svanesund on eastern Orust. The whole family will enjoy it here! The house is located on a larger plot of land and was formerly a farm. There is plenty of space here with both a splendid garden and lawn for games and to play on. There is a lovely wood-burning hot tub, where you can relax with a glass of bubbly on both sunny days and starry nights. If you want additional heat, there is also a wood-burning sauna here. The house also has a guest cabin, perfect if you are several couples or have young people who want to live a little to themselves. The house is on two levels, where the entrance level contains a modern, airy kitchen (2016) with an adjacent dining area, where the old wood stove remains as a "coziness factor". A large, lovely living room with high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and a wall-mounted larger TV. Adjacent to the living room is a cozy glass-enclosed conservatory with a wood-burning stove and another sofa group. Perfect to sit and relax and enjoy your time off during cooler weather or late evenings. Exit to the well-proportioned balcony where you can prepare delicious meals with good drinks. There is a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower, also with entrance hall from the outside. There is also a laundry room with a WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the smaller one with a 140 cm wide double bed and the larger one with a 180 cm wide double bed. From the larger bedroom you have a window to the lower floor. There is also a common room with a comfortable sofa bed 140 cm wide, as well as a bathroom with a WC. In the guest cabin there are 4 beds in the form of a bunk bed and a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Some exterior photos of the house are before the conservatory was done. A detached cabin on the plot is rented to a nice woman, about 20 m from the house. It’s only about 600 m to Husgärdet's nice swimming area with a jetty, sandy beach, and rocks. A rowing boat is available for rent from the owner for pleasant swimming and fishing trips. Several other nice bathing spots a few km away. Feel free to visit Slussens Pensionat, about 14 km, which has a well-visited restaurant with good musical entertainment. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the immediate area. Large shopping center in Stenungsund which you can reach via the free car ferry from Svanesund. At Orust there are many activities - kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the silence and the beautiful nature. Also, take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön or Gullholmen. About 70 km to the south is the big city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg and a vibrant entertainment scene.
