This extraordinary eco-friendly Villa located in La Cañiza is a perfect blend of luxury and countryside and only 15 minutes from Portugal and the thermal baths of Ribadavia.
The property has plenty of outdoor spaces to relax with family and friends on sunny summer evenings.
Its impressive garden of more than 30.000 m2 has an exceptional panorama: it has a play area for children, a farm with animals, a paddle tennis court and a bio river swimming pool of more than 500 m2 with a Roman bridge of the 20th century on top of it. The villa also has 2 paddle surf boards to enjoy in the swimming pool.
It also has two terraces with barbecue overlooking the garden and pool, hammocks to relax listening to the wild sounds of the place and a orchard with all kinds of organic products.
Its spectacular interior is divided into two floors:
On the upper floor, 4 bedrooms with private bathroom and terrace overlooking the garden. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor terraces with views of the gardens and the swimming pool and a dining room with a fireplace that can seat 14 people. Next to the dining room there are 2 lounges, one of them also with a fireplace.
The villa also has a wine cellar, cafeteria, yoga/meditation room, events room and private parking.
It is located in a perfect area: only 15 minutes from the beautiful village of Ribadavia and its open-air thermal baths. A wonderful place to disconnect from everyday life.
