Caistor Lakes is an adult only location (18+), and the park reserve the right to turn customers away should children be brought on site without prior permission from the park directly.This park runs 24 hour CCTV and has gated fob access for additional security.
Check in is 3-5pm and check out is 10am. We will call prior to arrival to arrange a check in time with you.
All lodges have Jacuzzi hot tubs
£150 deposit will be held and returned 3-7 days following departure.

Security Deposit
Please be aware there is a pre-authorisation of £150 on arrival by Credit or Debit card, cash can be accepted. Monies will be returned within 3-7 working days of departure. Damage deposits will not be accepted in cash.
Late arrival fee
Please note that any arrivals after 17:30pm will incur a late arrival fee of £25.
Facilities Please note: Fishing at Arthur's only if staying in a fishing lodge (Wagtail, Stork, Shearwater and Cygnet), there is an allocated peg on Heron or Foundary Pool. Caistor Lakes Lodges has amazing fishing facilities, with day/night fishing available as well as disabled access fishing.
Pets
Please note the pet price of £39 for weeks and £25 for short breaks is per booking - customers are permitted to take 1 or 2 pets for this price.

Tea towels, washingup liquid and sponge are provide, alongside Tea, coffee sugar and biscuits. In all lodges at Caistor Lodges Spa robes are now provided.
Half Board
Based on 2 or 4 adults, we're delighted that we can offer our guests a Half Board option. Just add to your lodge booking - 4 Adults £300 and 2 Adults £150. Offer can be withdrawn at any time. Subject to availability.
In line with government guidance and to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay our restaruant will be a takeaway only service. Fishing will still be available to guests with social distancing measures in place.
