At 100 sq. m, this condo features one of the largest floor plans available for rent at Anvaya Cove.
With 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a living space equipped with sofa beds the condo can comfortably sleep up to 12 pax. We supply bed linens and a pillow for each booked person.

We allow you to cook in the well equipped kitchen which comes with:

- We have 10 x Memberships at Anvaya Cove and have limited free / discounted Beach Club Pass availability which are on a first come : first served basis.
- Free passes and the lower rate facilitation for groups of 11 to 20 pax must be agreed via the Airbnb message service prior to booking, and are not available retrospectively.
- If only 4 persons or less are entering the club they do not qualify for free passes
- Groups from 6 to 9 pax only qualify for 2 free passes.
- Groups of 10 pax qualify for 4 free passes
- 11 to 20 pax qualify for 4 free passes plus the lower rate of 1k/head vs. regular 2k/head that normally applies to larger groups.
Examples:
5 pax entering the club get 2 free passes, pay for 3 passes
7 pax entering the club get 2 free passes, pay for 5 passes
10 pax entering the club get 4 free passes, pay for 6 passes
15 pax entering the club get 4 free passes, and 5 pax at the lower rate of 1k/head vs. 2k normally.
- Free passes are only available for groups of 10 pax maximum.
- Super Peak periods like Holy Week, Christmas etc. are not eligible for any promo, and Super Peak club entrance fees apply.
- Promo can be withdrawn at any time.

NB: Anvaya is run as a private club and not as a "for profit" business, so you will be pleasantly surprised at the reasonable costs here
All pax older than 12 months are chargeable at the club - there are excellent facilities for infants here.
Yaya's are chargeable at the condo, but are not charged at the club but can only enter in the performance of their duties and cannot use the facilities. Drivers are chargeable at the condo but are not allowed to enter the club and must remain in the driver's lounge or the condo.
If you do not intend to use the club facilities on any given day, there is no need to pay the daily club entrance fees. You can use the beautiful pool at the condo without incurring any daily club entrance fees.
On your day of arrival, we can check you into the club from 7am so you can enjoy the facilities while waiting for check in to the condo at 3pm.
On your day of departure, you are not permitted to use the beach club facilities. If you would like to swim before you check out at 11 am, you may use the beautiful pool at the condos without incurring any additional club entrance fees.
If you are arriving late or departing early, then you may not wish to incur the cost of the club entrance fees which is fine, but you will not be able to use any of the clubs facilities. You can still use the condo pool, and cook in our condo, so for example if you arrived on a Friday evening for a 2 night stay you may choose to cook dinner in the condo that evening, register at the club for the Saturday and enjoy all the facilities, and then on the Sunday check out of the condo by 11am. This way you actually only pay 1 days worth of daily guest fees to the club.
Anvaya Cove is a cashless environment, and you will need to charge all your meals consumed at Anvaya’s restaurants, shuttle trips, pool towels and other incidentals to a daily charge card.
Please note that you will be required to surrender your Government Issued Photo ID as security for the Anvaya charge card, and this will be returned to you when you check out of the club and settle your club bill.
The golf at Anvaya is available for additional fees paid directly to the club, but please note on certain days (weekends & holidays) it is restricted to members only and is closed every Tuesday for maintenance. Please note that if you play golf at Anvaya, you will be financially and legally liable for any damage or injuries you cause to the club facilities, staff or 3rd party individuals or property.
Other things to note
Please remember that you are renting a beautiful self catering condo, and whilst we do our best to exceed our customer's expectations, as witnessed by our Airbnb SuperHost status, we are not a full service 24x7 - 5 star hotel and do not offer the following:
- Personal Service after 9pm (Security will check in any late arrivals)
- Tooth brushes or Toothpaste
- Bath robes or Slippers
- Mini bar or drinking water
We do allow you to cook in the condo which most unit owners do not allow at Anvaya Cove, however if you do not return the kitchen to the level of cleanliness to that which you found it upon check in, we will charge PHP2,500 against your security deposit for the additional time and inconvenience of having to get the kitchen back to a condition where we can check in the next guest. You are also reminded that cooking smelly food like fish (shrimp, crabs, dried fish etc.) is also strictly prohibited and will also attract a PHP2,500 penalty - foul odours linger in the condo and are not fair to the next guest to who will occupy the unit!
Given the tropical climate here, most of our guests only require bed linen, so we do not supply comforters as standard.
The condo offers beautiful views of The West Philippine Sea, but it is not Beach Front. It is a 5 min ride in your car or the Anvaya Shuttle to The Full Service Beach Club.
On your day of departure there is no club access and check out is by 11am.
- No Smoking Inside (OK on the balcony but please be considerate with your ash etc.)
- No Pets allowed anywhere at Anvaya Cove
- No Parties
- The Golf Course and the swimming pool at the condos are closed for maintenance every Tuesday
