An older timber house of 21 sqm with compact living. The house is situated on a high ground with a view of the lakes Barkensjöarna. The plot is clearly separated by the slope towards the next house, which is a permanent residence. As usual in Dalarna, the house stands on plinths and is only used for summer residence, the house is suitable for a couple or a small family. Pets are welcome. Despite the small area, it accommodates two sleeping places in the form of a sofa bed that can be made into two 90 beds, there is a sofa corner, TV and a small kitchenette with all the necessities, bathroom with shower and towel warmer. The plot is situated high with many nice places to socialize and pleasant surroundings. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue at a beautiful place in the garden. It is 500 meters down to the public bathing area with rock baths, in the pictures you see pictures of several bathing areas that are available and there are bicycles that you can borrow from the owners. There are nice walking paths and hiking trails in and around Söderbärke, some of the stretches are also suitable as cycle paths.
