Bruzzano district is one of the major urban development projects in recent years. The area on which it stands is located in a highly strategic position. This neighborhood is easily accessible from everywhere. The historic city center is quickly connected thanks to the Metro Line 3; buses and passante connect it to all the major points of interest in Milan; the nearby motorway junction allows the rapid arrival of the airports. The conformation of this territory is original and unique. Latest generation buildings alternate with historic farmhouses. The new urban project marries beautifully with the distinctive signs of the past, safeguarded and admirable by all. Small local shops, food supermarkets and all kinds of shops are located in the streets of the neighborhood, completely surrounded by the Parco Nord. Inside the apartment it is forbidden to smoke and it is also forbidden to organize parties as visible on the ad, even more so in this historical period. The apartment is located in a condominium and therefore between 10pm and 8am it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors.
The cleaning fee includes a normal cleaning of the rooms and the supply of linen. It is required to separate the garbage and leave the kitchen tidy. If you don't respect this rule you will be asked for an extra cleaning fee.
To ensure that you respect the rules of the house is required a deposit of €100 which will be returned within 7 days from the check-out after checking the apartment.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 10pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment for late check-in upon request is required: euro 20 (from 10pm to 12am); euro 30 (from 12am to 01am); euro 45 (from 01am to 02am).
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Mandatory Towels fee (not included): euro 20 per apartment per week.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- In case of non-disposal of waste or kitchen and cutlery left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 50 will be retained of the deposit.
