This modern apartment is located in a prestigious setting, inside an elegant building with concierge, in a stimulating, elegant and full of energy neighborhood. Casa da Suite Estea is a two-room apartment with large and dynamic spaces. The Italian wooden floors and the refined lighting create an authentic comfort zone in the ambience. Once you enter, you are in the kitchen area, equipped with everything: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Then, arrived in the living area, there is the double sofa bed in velvet, the dining area and the smart TV. Inside the apartment it is forbidden to smoke and it is also forbidden to organize parties. The apartment is located in a condominium so, between 10pm and 8am, it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors.
The cleaning fee includes an ordinary cleaning of the rooms and the supply of linen. It is required to separate the garbage and leave the kitchen tidy. If you don't respect these rules you will be asked for an extra cleaning fee.
To ensure the respect of the house rules a deposit of 100€ is required. It will be returned within 7 days from the check-out, after checking the apartment.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 10pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment for late check-in upon request is required: euro 20 (from 10pm to 12am); euro 30 (from 12am to 01am); euro 45 (from 01am to 02am).
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Mandatory Towels fee (not included): euro 20 per apartment per week.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- In case of non-disposal of waste or kitchen and cutlery left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 50 will be retained of the deposit.
