Welcome to Barona Beach Resort!
This beautiful end unit is located on the second floor in one of the more desirable buildings (close to the beach and pool).
Our condo is spacious and open (approximately 1,400 sqft all on 1 floor) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can sleep up to 7. The large deck provides views of both Lake Okanagan and the resort pool/hot tub. The deck has a patio set and a full-size natural gas barbecue for all of your grilling needs. There are sliding doors with access to the deck off of the master bedroom and double french sliding doors off the living room. Our condo gets morning sun, and the patio is a great place to spend your mornings taking in the beautiful vistas. In the evenings, you can escape the heat and enjoy the outdoor space.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, even an ice maker to chill your cocktails.
This single-level open-concept condo is excellent for family gatherings. The dining area has seating for 6 along with additional seating for 3 around the granite kitchen island. From the kitchen, enjoy the conversation in the living room which has a 58-inch smart TV for your entertainment needs and stunning lake and pool views.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on the top and a double on the bottom. This room features a 40-inch smart TV with multiple streaming apps. and a small private balcony.
The second bedroom tucked away from the main living area, has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress and a 32-inch smart TV. There is also a large closet to store your suitcases or other items.
There is a 3-piece main bathroom conveniently located between these bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a pillow top mattress, luxurious linens, 40-inch TV, and a huge walk-in closet. The master ensuite has both a separate walk-in shower and a soaker tub. Access the deck from the master bedroom to enjoy the morning views with your coffee. Or relax with a glass of wine in the evenings.
Park your vehicle in the private underground parking spot for your stay at no additional cost.
There is a public boat launch and storage nearby. Also, a place to rent boats within 5km.
Barona Beach Resort is a year-round vacation destination on the shores of beautiful Lake Okanagan. Just a 3-hour drive from Vancouver, it boasts 600 feet of sandy beach, an exquisite pool & hot tub area, and beautifully appointed architecture and grounds. Situated directly below the beautiful Mission Hills Winery, it is surrounded by vineyards, orchards, mountains and nestled on the sandy shores of Lake Okanagan. Golfing, water sports, boating, biking, and other activities are endless!
The resort itself is amazing and exactly what the family is looking for in a spectacular vacation location.
