Delightful and modern 3-room apartment and 3 terraces, recently renovated and finely furnished, which can accommodate up to 4 people for a total of 50 m2.
A small and elegant entrance, furnished with wardrobe and shoe rack, connects us to the living room and the main terrace.
The modern living room has a characteristic Tuscan ceiling with beautiful exposed beams and 2 bright windows (with mosquito nets) overlooking the terrace. It is composed of a double bed (140 cm wide), a double sofa bed (140 cm wide), dining table for 4-6 people.
The apartment is completed by a bathroom with window (vasistas), large shower and closet;
The kitchen is equipped with a ceiling window (vasistas), 4 induction burners, oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker and every useful accessory for cooking and dining.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, large shower, ceiling window, and a closet for brooms, vacuum cleaner and various accessories and cleaning products.
Air Conditioning: the entire apartment is served by a split air conditioning (hot/cold) for an immediate optimal temperature in both winter and summer, to which are added a fan and a electric stove. Hot water in the bathroom is provided by the electric boiler. The apartment is gas-free and therefore safer.
Our Opinion:
Ideal apartment for short/medium term stays thanks to the optimal location in the historic center of Florence. Particularly suitable for a family of 3 but which can accommodate up to 4 travelers who do not want to give up style and comfort.
The very central location of the apartment allows you to visit the entire historic center of Florence very well even on foot.
However, public transport services are many and particularly close, allowing you to move around without problems.

Its 3 terraces (with external lighting) have been designed to let you enjoy a dream holiday. The largest will allow you to eat outdoors, in the greenery, also taking advantage of a barbecue.
The intermediate one is used for relaxation and sunset: lying in the hammock reading a book or on the phone.
The third mini terrace overlooks the most iconic monuments of the Renaissance, but has a vertical access ladder (dangerous), so access is not recommended and we decline all responsibility.
The apartment is located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood and you couldn't wish to be more in the city center than this! You will find both the Santa Maria Novella train station and Piazza del Duomo less than a 10-minute walk away.
During the Renaissance, this neighborhood was the cultural center of Florence, Italy and the world! The area overflows with humanity especially around the stalls that are spread around the Central Market, very crowded both outside and inside where it is possible, on the ground floor to buy typical Florentine products and on the first floor to do a multi-ethnic lunch break.
The other face of the neighborhood is that of the Medici family who in just a few square meters left humanity with majestic works. Among these you can visit the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the family seat for decades, and the Basilica of San Lorenzo. Without forgetting the Medici Chapels, the family's extraordinary mausoleum.
The great protagonist of this neighborhood, however, is the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore also known as the Duomo adorned by the Baptistery and the adjacent Giotto's Bell Tower.

If you wish to use the car to travel around the city, we advise you to pay particular attention to the road signs in order to avoid unpleasant fines and to contact private garages in the center (i.e. the one closest to your home) in order to obtain a temporary access permit.
Recommended accesses to the ZTL: via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria.
Upon your arrival at the garage, within 3 hours of your first access to the Oltrarno restricted traffic area (but be careful not to cross the river!), the garage will mark your license plate on the "white list" for regular access without a fine.

Located on the third floor of a historic building (49 steps without a lift), it has 3 terraces for exclusive use, which stand out among the historic roofs of Florence and show an unprecedented panorama of the city. The first terrace on the floor (and near the kitchen) has a dining table for 6 people, a barbecue, and a parasol for pleasant al fresco lunches.
The second terrace, on the upper floor (4th floor), is furnished with a hammock to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and splendid sunsets. The third mini panoramic terrace has a vertical access ladder (not compliant with the law), therefore we decline all responsibility.
The apartment is arranged over three rooms: an entrance with access to the terrace on the floor; a living room with double bed (140 cm wide), double sofa bed (140 cm wide), dining table for 4 people, and a kitchen with window (small but complete).
