Welcome to this cozy apartment, part of a villa in popular Kaxholmen. Here you live in a quiet residential area adjacent to a lush forest. You have your own patio under the balcony next to the entrance, but you share the garden with the owner of the house. You are welcome to play on the lawn and use the family's trampoline! Fire up the grill and enjoy your upcoming vacation with your loved ones! You have access to a SUP that you can carry down to the swimming area and take a trip on Landsjön. This lake is also well known among many fishermen. There is plenty of both pike and perch if many fishing competitions are organized here. There is access to rent a boat, however, that assignment is on land, so it is good if you are two adults to be able to lift it in and up. Through the door you step into the living room. Bar table with space for two chairs, TV with streaming options, Playstation with some games and of course sofa. Decorative fireplace that may not be used. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom with two single beds, desk and wardrobe. Small kitchenette with fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave and coffee maker. To reach the WC, you open the door, take half a step and have the WC directly to the right. To reach the sauna and the shower, you pass the owners' laundry room (after agreement with the owners, you can use the washing machine). In summary, you have a living room, two bedrooms and a kitchenette in one unit. The WC, shower and sauna are outside but of course used by you the guests! There are many nice places to visit nearby. Visit Rudenstam's farm shop and enjoy a good lunch or the grafitgrå shop by the swimming area and eat good ice cream. The nearest larger city is Jönköping where there are many good restaurants, museums and shopping. Gränna is a nice place to visit with nice surroundings, learn to bake candy canes or take the ferry over to Visingsö. Other popular destinations are the western town of High Chaparall (84 km), Borås zoo with Nordic and exotic animals (102 km) or Astrid Lindgren's world, which attracts children's minds in both young and old (126 km).
