This is an ideal place to relax, lie in the sun, read a book, swim in the pool, eat outside and also explore the area rich in history and tradition. Tastefully decorated, the house is on three levels. First floor: large living room with kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there is another living room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a magnificent open terrace from which you can admire the sea. The pearl of the house is the suite that occupies the entire second floor with a double bed, two single beds and a large bathroom with massage tub. Near the pool you will find a barbecue area and a gazebo with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals. The area offers countless festivals and events during the summer season, where you can taste the typical products of the region. The beach promenade of Praia a Mare is about 2 km from the house. From here you can easily reach the famous towns along the coast such as Diamante, Belvedere Marittimo, Scalea and nearby Maratea with clubs, discos and pubs. Those who love excursions in the mountains and nature should not miss the beautiful Pollino National Park, with the possibility of making trips to the peaks and forests where wolves, golden eagles and black woodpeckers live.
