Welcome to a delightful place located in a pine forest, just a few kilometers from the beach and the baths! Here, a peaceful retreat is offered with good standard and all the amenities one desires in a vacation home. The spacious living room welcomes you with plenty of space for a dining area and a comfortable sofa where you can relax and enjoy in front of a large TV. The kitchen, although of simpler standard, is fully sufficient for preparing your breakfast and meals with ease. The bathroom, complete with laundry and drying facilities, is also on the ground floor for your convenience. As you step upstairs, you are greeted by a spacious loft with a double bed and an extra bed that can be unfolded if needed. The upstairs bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep. Outdoors, there are plenty of opportunities for play and social moments in the large garden. Here, you and your loved ones can enjoy outdoor activities and relaxation, while the dog can run freely and have fun. The fireplace shown in the picture is out of order and must not be used. Please also respect private areas. From here, you can cycle or walk to the illuminated track in Sandskogen's outdoor area in a couple of minutes or to the nearby Lödde Å for fishing or canoeing. It is easy to reach Barsebäckshamn by the sea for a swim or a fish lunch at the local harbor restaurant. Here, there is also a nice shallow sandy beach, lawns, and a bathing jetty next to Barsebäcks Camping area. A stone's throw away, one of Southern Sweden's finest golf courses unfolds with 36 holes, Barsebäcks Golf & Country Club. If you want to explore the surrounding area in western Skåne, there are Bjärred's and Lomma's long sand dunes inviting you to delightful beach days, the cultural city of Lund, and Malmö a few more kilometers south. To the north, there is Järavallen's recreational area with beautiful beech forests, sheep pastures, and nice barbecue areas by the Saxtorp lakes. The shopping center Center Syd with a wide range of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants is conveniently located just a few minutes from the cottage.
