Dream place with sea plot and own jetty. Welcome to this wonderful oasis, a fantastic stylish house with tasteful furnishings and newly built with all amenities. As well as an inviting large terrace, pier deck with sun loungers, swimming at private pier, several dining areas where you like to spend the day enjoying the sunsets. The house with its open floor plan and incredible views is very bright and airy with large windows. There are three bedrooms one with double bed and two smaller rooms with bunk beds, right next to the large house is the nice guest house with two beds. The house with panoramic windows has a large dining area with 10 chairs and a fantastic lounge area with two sofas and large screen TV. The kitchen is open with patio doors to the sea, in the kitchen there are all amenities, the bathroom is next to the entrance with shower, electric toilet, washing machine and dryer. The beautiful road to the house towards Stegeborg-Spinkenäsudden ST: Anna's archipelago is idyllic, you park your car at the boat dock or a bit further away. To get to the house, you have to walk through a forest path about: 200 meters which is a little hilly and not so wide not handicap friendly. But once at the house, a place opens up that is absolutely fantastic and the holiday can begin. The Sankt Anna archipelago is located in the middle of the Östgöta archipelago and stretches from Aspöja in the north to Södra Finnö in the south. The coastline is famous for its many nature reserves and thousands of islands and bays. Here you enjoy the sea, the view, the forest, hiking, fishing and swimming at the pier. Or just take it easy and socialize on all large living areas both indoors and outdoors. For those who want experiences and activities, the surroundings have a lot to offer. Hike stegeborgsslingan around experience the landscape's rich cultural history, beautiful natural environments and oak landscape, the trail is about 12 km long. Stegeborg's castle ruins and Örtagården open all year round are close to the entrance to the Göta Canal with all the beautiful pass boats. Cozy harbor restaurant a real archipelago restaurant by the sea, summer café with homemade goodies. Ice cream parlor and kiosk next to the harbor restaurant and a country store a bit away. Kayaking or canoeing is popular through bays and islets. For those who want to fish, there are plenty of fish, and the bird kingdom right next door to the sea. Boat can be booked on site by the homeowner (Contact the homeowner before arrival). Söderköping 17 km away is a charming small town idyll with the Göta Canal running through the city, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor. Kolmården's Zoo is an hour's drive bort. Bed linen and towels are brought by the guest, the house is not rented out to youth gangs or companies. Visit Östergötland up close and experience the landscape.
