We welcome our guests to our beautiful island by offering this beautiful 3-bedroom home in the centre of Rahal Il Gdid. This amazing location is a perfect getaway for both guests looking for the short and longer term, for a relaxing holiday or a strategic location in Malta.
All bedrooms are focused on comfort with bathrooms in each room as well as a working desk, tea/coffee facilities and also a smart TV connected to the internet.
The location is also busting with activity.
All the townhouse has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, a large coffee table and a TV. Also included in this townhouse is a dining area, fit for 4/5 guests to have a good meal! - AC is also available in the living area for maximum comfort.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. - The kitchen is equipped for both long and short-term rentals!
Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with coffee facilities, TV and bathrooms.

Our home is equipped with TV, WIFI and AC.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our townhouse, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he does sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the townhouse is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the townhouse? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The townhouse is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
