uniquely interior decorated ROOM of about 17 square meters within my flat. wi fi, of course
ansprechend eingerichtetes ZIMMER von ca 17 quadratmetern innerhalb meiner wohnung, natürlich mit wlan
shared bathroom, as indicated in the check list. it has a window and a walk-in shower - no worries, my guests always come first ;-)
geteiltes bad so wie angegeben. mit fenster und begehbarer dusche. ich bin sehr achtsam, meine gäste kommen immer zuerst ;-)
no kitchen access - my guests usually eat their main meal at work, when out or in the uni
kein küchenzugang - meine gäste essen ihre hauptmahlzeit gewöhnlich unterwegs, am arbeitsplatz oder in der uni
you do have access to a shared fridge. there are basic dishes, a hot water kettle and i can also give you a hot plate
du hast jedoch zugang zu einem kühlschrank. es gibt basis geschirr und besteck, einen wasserkessel und ich kann dir ggf auch eine kochplatte geben
a 24/7 gas station w/ some basic food is in a 3-5 min walking distance. several to-go dishes are offered there too
eine to-go tankstelle ist zu fuss 3-5 minuten entfernt. open 24/7,

my place is quiet, lovely, safe, very green and right at the botanic garden - in walking distance of the FU too
mein platz ist ruhig, wunderschön und sicher - sehr grün - und direkt am botanischen garten - auch fussläufig zur FU
in walking distance to everything one needs: bakeries, a supermarket, pharmacy, newspaper-shop (post office), cafes, a few small restaurants such as greek, italian, indian, chinese, turkish, ice cream parlors and public transportation: s bahn, s1 and u bahn, u9 - bus m48. the s1 gets you to mitte, alexanderplatz and also to wannsee, a beach and public swimming area, phantastic sunsets -- the u9 gets you to the kurfürstendamm, charlottenburg
zu fuss ist einfach alles erreichbar was man braucht. nur 7 minuten entfernt: penny, bäcker, grieche, türke, italiener, inder, chinese, cafe, eisdiele, apotheke, poststelle//zeitungen usw
die u bahn u9 und die s bahn s1 sind auch nicht weit entfernt
mit der u9 bist du schnell auf dem kurfürstendamm und somit in charlottenburg. mit der s1 in mitte, am brandenburger tor, dem alexanderplatz usw. - die s1 bringt dich auch zum wannnsee zum schwimmen - tolle sonnenuntergänge vom strandbad aus
