Welcome to La Barr in Alta Sierra. Enjoy a day in the pool swimming among the pine trees, play a round of golf at the local public country club, or sit at your private bar for a drink. This three bedroom two and a half bathroom home has everything you need for your next getaway. La Barr has an outdoor cooking/dining area and plenty of seating with a fire pit. La Barr is located within walking distance to the country club, 15 minutes from Grass Valley and 20 minutes from Auburn California.
Our space
Our home is located in the center of Alta Sierra right behind the Alta Sierra Country Club. As you approach the home, you will go up a long driveway that fits plenty of cars. You can sit down on the porch and enjoy the peace and quiet. On occasion, you will see a family of deer walking by the street.
Our home has a separate living room and family room. You can enjoy the big games on our 75 inch tv in the family room while entertaining in your own personal bar. The bar has all the necessary items you need to make your own drinks including wine glasses, shot glasses, and beer mugs. The living room has spacious seating overlooking the pine trees. You can play some board games here or just relax. The sofa can be converted into a bed at night for additional sleeping arrangements.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances including an air fryer, toaster, microwave, and crock pot. We also have pots and pans to make your own meals. There is a fully stocked coffee bar and a table to eat or get some work done. The dining room has a vaulted wood ceiling, fireplace, and dining table that fits 8 people.
Upstairs, you will have your master suite with its own jetted soaking tub, king bed, and 55 inch tv. There is a window seat that overlooks the front yard and all the surrounding pine trees. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 45 inch tv. The third bedroom has two two trundle beds that can easily sleep up to 4 people.
This backyard oasis has it all with a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bbq grill, outside TV, propane fire pit and plenty of patio furniture for seating. Take a dip in the pool during the summer to cool off or go in the hot tub during all seasons of the year. Take the pleasure of sitting next to the fire pit while stargazing at night. You will not be disappointed with our home.
