You will find this newly refurbished two and a half bedroom douplex apartment, designed by an architect, with 2 balconies, close to Park Ra'anana, shopping center, train station to Tel Aviv and bus stations to Herzelia Beach and Tel Aviv.
The flat has a private parking and use of pool, (open from Shavuot to Sukkot) health center and a play room for smaller children. (Ask for the key)
This lovely flat with free fast Wifi and A/C all over has a new kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, micro oven, gas, electric stove and water machine for cold and warm water.
The lounge has a sitting area with cable TV (Partner)and Netflix and a dining table. There is also a high chair for a child.
From the lounge you walk out to the balcony.
The master bed room with a double bed is on this floor.
There is also a "niche" with a sofa bed where two children can sleep.
Bathroom with washing mashing, dryer and hair dryer and a guest toilet.
Towels and linen are included and are washed at 90 degrees .
The upper floor:

A baby cot can be provided upon request.
There is also a bathroom with shower and a kitchenete and a forthy Square meter balcony.

There are two swimming pools, one for small children and a big pool with jacuzzi, open in season from Shavuot till Sukkot incl.
A health club is also on the premises. There is also a play room for small children.

Before you arrive I will provide you with a code and details on how to enter the flat. Inside the flat there is a welcome letter with details about the flat. I will always be available and are only 5 min. Away. The entrance door has a
number code that we will provide you with in advance, if you arrive in the middle of the night, you can easily get into the flat.
The pool is great in the summer.
The flat is close to Ra'anana Park with Zoo, basketball, playgrounds or just for a nice walk around the Lake.
Restaurants ,supermarket and synagogues are also in the vicinity which makes it the perfect holiday. There is a shabbat lift.
This flat is rented out to tourist all the year. There are no personale belongings and all the cupboards, drawers are for your use.
There are bus stop 5-10 minutes walk from the flat.
There are busses to Herzelia/Tel Aviv in the one direction and Ra'anana junction/ Kfar Saba on the other side. At the Raanana Junction you find busses to Haifa and Jerusalem.
This is a smoke free flat.
Price includs water, gas, Internet and all taxes. Additional fee will be charged for electricity (according to a meter, we charge 0,60 a kw)
