The spacious 2-story layout invites guests to unwind in comfort and style. The main living area boasts an oversized sectional centered around a fireplace and TV, perfect for cozy evenings after a day in the sun. Just behind, a quiet nook with two armchairs offers a peaceful spot to relax with a book or drink.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining space features a mix of chair and bench seating for up to eight guests, with a nearby wet bar for convenient entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is a dream, showcasing elegant marble countertops, a farmhouse sink, and plenty of natural light.
Step through the great room to enjoy seamless access to the outdoor patio, where guests can lounge on plush furniture around the firepit, dine alfresco at a 4-person table, or cool off in the private pool.
Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms. The primary suite and a guest room each feature king-sized beds and share a balcony—ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes. A charming bunk room offers a queen-over-king bed and access to a private deck with sweeping views.
