Peducelli in particular is located in a quiet location, with crystal clear waters and a gravel and sand seabed, a corner of paradise where uncontaminated nature meets the sea. Its relaxed atmosphere and panoramic view make it ideal for those seeking an escape from the daily chaos. Along the shore, the waves break gently, creating a serene and contemplative atmosphere. About 10 km from the complex, inside a beautiful pine forest, there is a riding stable with the possibility of practicing riding lessons or short walks with an instructor (children from 3 years old and up) and possible guided excursions on horseback along the beautiful Costa dei Gabbiani (a popular destination also for cyclists and hikers). Next to the riding stable there are tennis courts and the Remaiolo beach (access by reservation).

Two-room apartment 2/4 beds
Nice and modern two-room apartment on a single floor for a surface area of ​​about 32 square meters, consisting of a double bedroom with container bed and access to the balcony with sea view, living area with dining area and TV as well as two fold-down single beds, independent kitchen with 4 burners and large fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower cabin, bidet and large window. Externally there is a covered veranda in front of the entrance door of the apartment and a balcony with sea view, also covered, which extends along the living room and the bedroom. Both outdoor spaces are equipped with table and chairs with the addition of deckchairs and outdoor sofa for eating outside and relaxing. The veranda is closed by a low gate which makes the apartment ideal for hosting pets in safety.

- pets of any size are allowed (maximum 2 per booking) with a supplement of € 30 for final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we would have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
