Set behind electric gates within a walled garden dotted with olive trees and pines, the villa’s contemporary, cube-like design retains a hint of Corfiot charm with authentic local stone blended in with glass, steel and bleached timber features.
Built-in slatted canopies provide dappled shade on both the ground floor and upstairs patios while floor to ceiling windows not only allow the gorgeous light to flood in but also make the most of the incredible view at all times of the day. The spacious bedrooms, all with immaculately appointed ensuite bath or shower rooms, have high quality, Scandinavian-style furnishings. One is located on the ground floor, opening onto the poolside terrace, and the other two are found upstairs, sharing a spacious, glass-fronted balcony that runs the full width of the villa, an idyllic position for a sundowner with views out to sea.
Downstairs, the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is perfectly matched to the flow of modern living, harmoniously uniting indoors and out and creating a flexible space to suit all ages. It won’t be long before the fabulous infinity pool entices you in for a cooling dip. Beside the main pool, there’s also a small plunge pool that could suit younger guests, and table tennis is provided for some healthy competition. The outdoor kitchen, housed under a delightful stone gazebo, offers an irresistible setting for reluctant chefs who spring into action the sight of an outdoor grill, particularly with a drinks fridge on hand to quench the inevitable thirst.
With so much to offer on site, you might feel that the villa’s environs are incidental, but the great news is that it’s just a five minute drive from the sleepy, unspoilt village of Paramonas with its gently shelving sandy beach. A handful of beachside tavernas and some watersports activities are available here in season and it’s rarely crowded, even during the height of the summer. The larger, more bustling village of Agios Matheos is just ten minutes’ drive away on the hillside, and here you’ll find an enchanting taste of Corfiot culture, with quaint alleyways and colourful houses and a wider variety of bars and tavernas to choose from.

This stunning property has an open drop feature and incredible views out to sea, the beautiful infinity pool is truly unique. We encourage guests not to stand, sit, or walk on the open edge and be mindful of children whilst using this area. We recommend that inflatables should not be used within this pool type. Whilst using the property grounds please be cautious as there are low walls with drops. There is also no entry to the beach access at the bottom of the garden as the walk down is very steep and uneven, this has been chained off to guests.
