Ballachrink Lodge is a stylish self catering holiday cottage located in the small village of Glen Maye on the west coast of the Isle of Man, just south of Peel.
The property sleeps 4 people across 2 bedrooms and is immaculately presented with modern furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and there is access to the rear enclosed garden through French doors from the open-plan living area. There you can find a patio area featuring garden furniture and a BBQ to make the most of the summer sun!
Glen Maye is a quiet village, perfect for a relaxing getaway or if you'd like to get off the beaten track! The village is the home to a listed Manx National Glen of the same name, famous for its waterfall and bridged gorge. Follow the path through the woodland and the stream will lead you to a pebble beach and the Irish Sea. You can discover other walks across the Isle of Man here!
Peel, one of the Isle of Man's main towns, is a short drive or bus journey away. Here you can visit Peel Castle, originally a place of worship before becoming the fort of Magnus Barefoot. Don't forget The House of Manannan, which explores the Island's Celtic, Viking and maritime past!
