KITCHEN: The open-concept kitchen flows right into the living space, making it easy to cook and stay connected.

We’ve stocked it with cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, and glasses. Small appliances like a microwave and toaster are included, along with basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee filters.
Dishwasher pods and dish soap are provided to help you settle in with ease.
DINING: The dining table comfortably seats 6 but can accommodate up to 8 guests. Two additional bar stools at the counter offer extra seating, and when the weather’s nice, you can enjoy meals outside on the deck with 4 chairs. A high chair is also available for infants.
BEDROOMS: The home offers 4 total bedrooms—3 upstairs and 1 in the basement.
Upstairs includes 2 queen bedrooms with shared access to the main hallway bathroom, and the primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom.
The king room also includes a Pack-N-Play, perfect for families with little ones.
Downstairs, you’ll find an additional queen bedroom with easy access to the lower-level bathroom.
All bedrooms include closets for storage.

BATHROOMS: The home features 3 bathrooms!
Upstairs, you’ll find a full bathroom shared by two queen bedrooms, along with a private 3/4 ensuite in the king bedroom.
Downstairs, there’s another 3/4 bathroom easily accessible from the basement queen room.
All bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to make your stay comfortable.
OFFICE: Working remotely? We've got you covered. The basement includes a dedicated office space with a desk and chair—perfect for catching up on emails or taking video calls during your stay.
LAUNDRY: A washer and dryer are available for guest use, located in the utility room.
We kindly ask that guests use only the laundry machines and avoid handling other items in that space. Detergent and dryer sheets (or wool dryer balls) are provided to get you started during your stay.

AC/HEAT THERMO STAT
Air Conditioner: When using the A/C, do not set the thermostat below 68 degrees. If thermostat is set too low, the unit could freeze. If the unit freezes due to the thermostat being set lower than 68 degrees, guest is subject to fine. Furnace (Heat): When using heat, do not set the thermostat above 78 degrees. If thermostat is set too high, the unit could over heat. If unit over heats due to the thermostat being set higher than 78degrees, guest is subject to fine.
SMOKING
No smoking (including vaping, dab, or hookah) of any kind inside the home. Any smell of smoke/Marijuana/vaping inside the property is subjected to a $1,000 FINE following check-out shared by our housekeeping team
QUIET HOURS
Please be a good neighbor and respect the Quiet Hours, which are between 10:00pm - 8:00am. All noise/disturbance that causes neighbors disruption may incur a $500 fine and have their reservation escalated to Airbnb support for termination of reservation with no refund because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association. This may sound scary however if your intentions are not to throw a party/event at this property, you will have no issues!
PETS
Your reservation does not include pets. Undisclosed pets will incur a fee of $300, and may result in immediate termination of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY
Early check-in may or may not be possible depending on if the property has been cleaned from our prior guest. We understand schedules change and you may be able to arrive early to the property. We allow a 1 hour early check-in free of charge if the property is cleaned. YOU MUST COMMUNICATE THAT YOU WANT TO CHECK-IN EARLY. Your code to enter the property will not work until 3:00pm unless it is changed by our team. There is a $50/hr charge to check-in earlier than 1 hour.
LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Late check-outs exceeding 30 minutes without prior notice will incur a fee of $50/hr until you have checked out, as this impacts our cleaning team's schedule for preparing for our next guests. While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, we may have guests checking in at 3:00 pm after your stay, necessitating timely cleanings. Please note, this policy is not an allowance for extended check-outs due to the fine being enforced.
