Our villa is located in the first row to the sea, the sea is in front of the house with a small convenient access to go down into the water.
The sandy beach is free. The beach is partially equipped during the bathing season, where you can rent pedal boats, kayaks. The sandy beach can be reached from the sea gate by walking along a public path.
In the vicinity of the house there are several outdoor street food kiosks with food at reasonable prices, a restaurant, places with live music and a surf school, windsurfing to take a few lessons on the seashore and in the sea etc.

Leaving mountains of rubbish hidden in the kitchen will be considered as a huge damage to the owner and the house, as the owner is not obliged to manage the disposal and to separate the guests' waste bags after the guests' departure.
Santa Marinella, Lazio region, Rome province, seaside town along the Tyrrhenian coast, easily reachable from the Rome - Civitavecchia highway (it takes 20 - 30 minutes by car from the ring road of Rome).
You can also travel only on Via Aurelia (SS1 Aurelia) if you don't want to pay the motorway toll.

The house is 5 minutes from the train station!
To reach Rome by regional train from Santa Marinella or Santa Severa station:
