The Villa Nora, sitting high upon the hills overlooking Lake Maggiore, promises an authentic luxury stay in complete relaxation for up to 16 people in 9 bedrooms (750 m²):
- The main floor features the living and dining area leading out to a spacious terrace with comfy outdoor furniture and views over the lake, a modern kitchen with access to a terrace with dining table and barbecue. Toilet.
- An graceful staircase leads you to the first floor with 4 bedrooms: a master suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, one bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, two bathrooms with shower.
- The second attic floor consists of 4 more bedrooms: two bedrooms with double bed, and two bedrooms with 2 single beds, a bathroom with tub and shower, a bathroom with shower.
- The lower floor houses a sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Bedroom with double bed and access to the garden. Bathroom with shower. Laundry room.
Outside, you'll adore the garden and the perfect tranquility high above the lake. A more relaxing position will be hard to find! The 22000 m² grounds will become your private oasis with sunny and shady areas to discover, a lovely lawn, and a beautiful swimming pool with fabulous views over the lake.
Villa Nora is situated in Premeno on the hills above the bustling lake life and the city of Verbania Intra. It's the ideal position to enjoy nature, with excellent walking trails and a golf course nearby. You’ll find the lake activities and Verbania down at about 12 km from the villa: a charming town with many shops, cafés, restaurants and a weekend market. Verbania is conveniently located centrally of the lake so hop on one of the many ferries to explore the secrets and wonders of Lake Maggiore.
