Make yourself comfortable in the living room, on the various sofas and armchairs, and enjoy watching TV. The wood-burning cooker, which runs on environmentally friendly pellets, adds to the comfort. Finally, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm), a single bed (90x190 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. This room includes a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Next to it there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a TV, a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. This room has a small terrace. All rooms are equipped with radiators for cold nights. Parquet floors and insulated windows enhance the high quality of this house.
Gavin belongs to the municipality of Biescas. In Biescas, about three kilometres away, there are shops, swimming pool, sports field, fronton and children's playground.
