This spacious apartment is located in Lomazzo, a quiet and well served town in between Como and Milan, 9 minutes away from the train station (on foot), from which you can easily reach both cities by train.
The apartment is placed on the third floor of building with a common garden and it's equipped with two large balconies facing the garden (and viewing Milan skyline on a bright Day!) where you can dry your clothes in total comfort. Please note that the building comes with No Elevator: it's important that you book your stay at our apartment being aware of this detail :-)
As you enter the apartment, there is a little hall where you can hang your coats, which leads to a bright living room, lit by the natural light of the big window. In the living room you'll find a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench, a sofa bed, ideal for 1 adult person (a comfortable topper is available for our guests, to make their sleep even sweeter) and a Tv. The living room is linked to the red and grey kitchen, fully equipped with fridge&freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas stoves, microwave and all the cooking utensils, pottery and cutlery that you need to make your stay comfortable. The double bedroom is spacious and bright too, with a large double bed and half of the wardrobe available to store your clothes. The large bathroom with window has been refurbished recently and it welcomes you with blue shades of freshness. A complete shower box, basin, bidet and wc and a washing machine are at your disposal. Now, a few information about the apartment:

-no air con (the apartment is ventilated enough if you leave the windows semi open)
-Wi-Fi available in the whole apartment;
-check-in in person;
-parking available just outside the building fence (always free parking lots available)
-the parking slot assigned to you will be recognisable through a coloured sign (we'll send a picture before you arrive)
This a really pleasant, silent and peaceful apartment, if you want to be close to popular tourist spots, easily reachable by public transport, but without the hassle and chaos of crowded places.
