The Space:
This fine Estate home has just finished renovation inside including new upscale cabinets, appliances, and bathrooms. The main residence consists of a 4,601+ sq. ft. single-level home with a welcoming front porch and a large level fenced rear yard, great for the kids and pets.
Greeting all is a picturesque, gated entryway with a paved driveway surrounded by acres of pastures which are visited by a seasonal creek.
The home has a GREAT ROOM floorplan centered around a well laid out combination of Living Room with fireplace, Dining Room, and a Large Display Kitchen with Café counters, great for family meals and get togethers, and perfect for entertaining friends where it seems “everyone ends up in the kitchen”. Equipment includes an 8-burner stove with double ovens, double-door large capacity refrigerator /freezer, and wine chiller.
All bedrooms are oversize and include an ensuite bathroom, including one Jack and Jill. There are 2 Laundry rooms: one located next to the kitchen, and another conveniently located off the bedroom hallway. An attached 624 sq ft finished Bonus Room serves as a versatile space for crafts, club meetings, games, and/or watching the “Big Games” on TV.
The home is sited on a slightly elevated shady area adjacent to the level equestrian facilities. Escape reality as you unwind in a luxurious bath with views of natural boulders, or enjoy your favorite beverage as you watch the sunset after exploring all San Diego has to offer.

Entire home and yard! We have a turfed backyard for pets as well!

Getting Around:
There is ample parking in front of the garage and to the left of the home.
Other Things to Note:
WE DO NOT ALLOW EVENTS. WE CANNOT EVER HAVE MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTIES GROUNDS!
Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
4. Are you bringing any pets?
Please make sure to select bringing a pet as there is a $150 charge (MAX 2)
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

This is a 26 Acre property and due to the proximity of wildlife, you may see animals. We highly recommend that guests watch their children and pets. Please be careful walking around the property as in some areas the terrain is not even.
Ranch hand will be there full days Mon and Tues, half days on Fri
Donkeys on property. If guests would like to feed them, only feed their bag of apple treats next to apartment or fresh apples/carrots. Other human food will make them sick.
