This unit is a ground floor front corner unit. It features a glassed in lanai that is directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk right out the sliding glass doors down to the beach. The living room and kitchen offer a breathtaking view of the beach and the amazing sunsets. The bedrooms are located down the hall. The first bedroom has 2 double beds with a hall bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and is located at the back of the unit making this room separated from the main living area, offering a quiet room for the kids during nap times or the adults needing a couple of extra minutes to sleep in without being disturbed by the people in the living room.
This unit is new to the Crescent Arms rental program. If you are looking for a longer stay or are wanting to get a week during the busy season this unit will have the best opportunity to get your desired vacation time.
