The apartment, with independent access, is located on the second floor of the building and is composed of a living room, a kitchen area (habitable), a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a very large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In the living room there is also an armchair bed, which can comfortably accommodate a fifth guest if necessary.
The house, located on an extremely panoramic and evocative valley ridge, is expressly designed to offer a fairy-tale experience, extraordinarily immersive in nature and outside the most common standards.
Attention. Precisely because of these characteristics, access by car to the house (which is only 120 meters from the town center) can in some cases be less easy than usual: after crossing the small town square, it is necessary to take a narrow passage 2.20 meters wide and walk a short stretch of road, sometimes unpaved and steep. In case of snow, the house can only be reached on foot. For these reasons, almost all guests prefer to leave their car in the village, in the car park adjacent to the church (convenient, safe, free and only 200 meters from the house), taking advantage in this case of the shuttle service that the owner makes available free of charge of guests, both at check-in and at check-out (also available only in the absence of snow).
Living in one of the three apartments of the house, I am always available to provide any information to my guests.
