A fully furnished, gated three-bedroom residence with a private pool, lush landscaping, and thoughtfully designed interiors curated by a professional set stylist and interior designer. With ample natural light, dedicated office space, and multiple lounge areas indoors and out, this home is ideal for guests seeking creativity, privacy, and convenience.
Set behind a secure gate on a tree-lined street, this home offers over 2,500 square feet of artfully styled interiors. The living room features bold wallpaper, patterned accents, and carefully selected furniture that reflects the owner’s design background. An open-concept kitchen flows into the dining area, creating an ideal layout for entertaining or long-term living.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, custom closet, and en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds and versatile setups for guests, children, or workspace. One of the secondary bedrooms includes a desk area, and a separate office space is available for remote work or creative projects. The home includes two full bathrooms and one powder room.
Outside, the checkerboard pool area is surrounded by lush greenery, a towering grapefruit tree, and built-in lounge space. French doors lead out to a covered patio and firepit lounge—perfect for winding down or soaking in LA’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Amentities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central heat and air conditioning, in-unit laundry, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and gated driveway parking for two cars. Additional free street parking is widely available and easy to find.
Guests will have exclusive access to the main house and all outdoor spaces.

Casa Cleopatra is located in Valley Village, one of LA’s best-kept residential pockets. The home sits in the Colfax Charter Elementary school district and is just minutes from Studio City, Toluca Lake, and the NoHo Arts District. With easy access to the 101 and 170 freeways, you’re well-positioned to explore the city while enjoying the peace and privacy of this quiet, walkable neighborhood.
While visiting Southern California, having a car is the preferred mode of transportation for most, considering the wealth of unique attractions within a two-hour radius of this home. For the adventurous explorer, a car is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diverse experiences the area offers. However, if you're inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.
By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
PET FEES: For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.

- This is a monthly rental in accordance with City of Los Angeles regulations. No smoking or parties. Pets may be considered with prior approval. Pool heating is available for an additional fee with advance notice.
