The interior of the cottage features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, with 3 bedrooms and a 4 pc. washroom down the hallway. The principal bedroom has a sliding door walkout to the deck overlooking the lake, with a hot tub and fire table. The lower level features a very large 4 pc. washroom with heated floors, a 60-inch tiled shower, and a soaker tub.

The bunkie is to the side of the cottage and features a very large room with two queen beds, A/C, satellite TV, and a 2 pc. washroom. There is also a very large deck from the bunkie overlooking the property.

The spacious flat grassy lot is an ideal spot for outdoor games and provides a great space for children to run and play. Along the shoreline, there is a sandy beach that goes slightly into the lake before giving way to aquatic vegetation. The water depth past the dock increases rapidly, offering a clean and clear area for deep swimming further out. At the end of the dock, the water reaches a depth of approximately 4-5 feet.

There is also a very large screened-in porch/gazebo for you to enjoy.

This is a magnificent cottage and lake for you to relax, unwind, play, and enjoy cottage country in comfort and privacy!

Guest House/Bunkie: The bunkie is to the side of the cottage and features a very large room with a vaulted ceiling, lake views, two queen beds, A/C, satellite TV, and a 2 pc. washroom. There is also a very large deck from the bunkie overlooking the property.

Filtered drinking water throughout the main cottage, and a 5-gallon water dispenser is available as well. The guesthouse is not filtered but there is a water dispenser as well there.

Great snowmobiling with numerous trails!! The cottage is located on trail 960 -Egan Creek Trail, part of the Old Hastings Snowriders in District 2. Snowmobile rentals are also nearby!
