Beautiful and characteristic independent villa of 160 square meters with a view of the glaciers and the peaks of Monte Rosa, up to 12 beds + cot for newborn.
The villa, surrounded by fir trees, stands along a private road that branches off from the main street of Champoluc, therefore offers privacy and tranquility while being a few steps from the center of Champoluc, from the slopes of the Monterosa ski area and from the brand new Monterosa Terme spa .
The house is built in local natural stone and wood, is located very close to the ski slopes of Champoluc, the Monterosaterme center, some restaurants and a supermarket.
The villa is very welcoming, ideal for large families with children and groups of friends and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday including bed linen and towels for 11 people.
The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the equipment for preparing breakfasts and lunches.
The heating system is adjustable in each room through thermostatic valves.
Garage: underground and heated with space for ski equipment.
