This family townhouse is located in a magnificent location, in front of a quiet park and surrounded by two seas, the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor, next to the Natural Park of the Salinas de San Pedro and the famous mud baths.
The house is distributed over two floors and has a living room, three bedrooms, two terraces, a bathroom and a shower room, as well as an indoor patio, BBQ, and a mountain bike available for your walks.
It has a fully furnished kitchen with new appliances, washing machine, compact dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and hob, electric heater, American and Italian coffee maker, barbecue grill, clothes iron and all the household items necessary for your stay.
