Parking and Passenger Access :
-Access to the entire apartment
-Not accessible to people with disabilities (11th floor apartment)
-Free parking on the street, you can park for free on the disc parking in front of the residence (We put at your disposal a disc in the Housing Welcome Booklet).
-Arrivals take place between 5pm and 9pm, an arrival is possible outside these times provided that the cleaning is possible before your arrival.
-The exits are before 12:00 pm: Before the exit of the accommodation you have to take out the bins in the containers at the bottom of the stairs on the ground floor inside the building, you must also put the keys in the letter box «Botella and Estevao» in the Hall if we’re not there.

Rules of Procedure:
Non-smoking, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodation. For smokers it is possible to access the balcony of the apartment
Exit of the premises is done no later than 12h00 maximum
Please return the apartment in the same condition as you found it (If the cleaning time exceeds the usual package for the maintenance of the accommodation, you will be charged 40 euros of overtime per hour)
The front door is the windows must be closed when you exit the apartment

A cleaning fee has been charged to you however the cleaning does not include the kitchen part (the dishes must not be left in the dishwasher, it must be washed, wiped and put back in the appropriate places before your departure)
