Casa Barca is a welcoming 4 stories townhouse surrounded by ancient cobblestone streets and historical sites. The house features original marble floors and staircases. A breathtaking view of the forest on one side, and view of Piazza Duomo, and the cathedral founded in 1090 from the opposite side makes this place ideal for an unforgettable vacation or retreat. The local carpenter was enlisted in crafting the kitchen, beds, and other furniture in the house.
The front entrance is located on the 3rd floor, which is a kitchen/sitting area combination. This Scandi-monochrome kitchen is fully equipped to indulge your culinary skills while preparing your delicious meals. The dining table sits 4 people comfortably; a small drawer on the side of the farm table stores cutlery and napkins. Enjoy your morning espresso while overlooking the forest from the dining table. You can also delve in work at this table with your laptop while enjoying the sounds of nature.
The inviting master bedroom is located on the 4th floor with a complete small bathroom (wet room), and a queen size bed with quality 100% cotton linen. Greet the morning sunrise while sitting comfortably by the balcony or indulge in some yoga or meditation in this space.
The 2nd floor below the kitchen features a minimalist guest room with two comfortable single beds that can be converted to a comfortable queen size bed. Enjoy the view of the town from the window, as well as the recently purchased garden right across. A full bathroom can be accessed on the first floor, only a few steps down.
The 1st/ground floor with a second entrance on the back side of the house features a generous size full bathroom with shower, a laundry area with a washing machine, and a cabinet well stocked with Airbnb towels, supplies, and laundry detergents for your use.
