The terrace is furnished and lighted for evening use. It is fully covered by a new, remote-controlled awning that offers shade during bright and sunny morning hours. The chirping birds, rustling of leaves in the private garden and the wonderful view of meadows and forests are marvelous. The quiet of the outdoors allows morning church bells to ve heard from the neighboring village.
The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped with all dishes, glasses, serve ware and new small appliances, including a microwave oven and panini maker ! New, heavy-duty pots and pans will please all chefs. Special table linens, entertaining dishes, glasses and barware are stored and the in the dining room. A new, additional refrigerator/freezer has been installed in the laundry room.
The very large first bedroom has a 2-person („King size“) bed with a luxurious new mattress topper. An inviting reading corner is near the „picture windows“ that gives the room its garden view. Large new mirrored cabinets and a dresser provide ample storage for longer term stays. New hangers, drawer inserts and other amenities create a beautifully organized room. Bed linens are top quality, and the “roll-up” shades allow for peaceful sleeping in both bedrooms.
The second bedroom has a new 130cm bed and a couch so it may be used as a den. It has a new flatscreen television with remote control, a writing desk, additional seating and cabinet for clothing storage. There is also a new flatscreen im Wohnzimmer./living room.
Newly installed, high quality, unlimited WLAN is free of charge.
The large bathroom has new installations and is generously equipped with towels, rugs and a bathroom scale. The laundry room is fully equipped with washing machine, drying machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and all supplies, including a sewing kit. The Garderobe Room offers well organized and attractive storage space.
The Enchanted Cottage is located in the Vier Burgen region of the wonderful Neckar Valley. Its gardens are adjacent to the Odenwald Forest. Cycling, boating, hiking, swimming and fishing are possible. Summer time brings musical and historical festivals in Hischhorn, nearby and picturesque Dilsberg, and Eberbach.
At home, the illuminated terrace is the perfect place for an evening barbeque. In addition to the garden furniture on the terrace, there is an outdoor dining table with four chairs. The surrounding extensive lawns and gardens are relaxing, as is the peace of the mountains and the nearby forest. You may listen to music on the iPod doc or CD player. Outdoor lawn games and children’s books and games are kept in the living room, along with chess, dominoes, playing cards, puzzles and other amusements. There is a „Lawn Douche“ (garden shower) that may be set up for children on request.
Whether commuters, long-term or short-term vacationers - everyone certainly feels at home here. The apartment is level-in and entirely private. Two off-street parking places are provided. A ramp allowing wheelchair access is available at no cost.
