It's the perfect place to unwind with a good book, enjoy a cup of tea, and simply be. Stunning Coastal Scenery: The property is situated on the picturesque east coast, with the crescent-shaped Rosehearty Beach just a stone's throw away. You can expect dramatic views of the North Sea, and on a sunny day, the white sands and clear waters can feel almost tropical. The nearby coastal walks, like the path to the "Wastart" or the ruins of Pitsligo and Pittulie Castles, offer breathtaking vistas and a chance to spot local wildlife, including dolphins. A Glimpse into History: Rosehearty is a historic fishing village, with a rich maritime past. The village still has its distinctive rows of fishermen's cottages and an active harbor, providing an authentic look into Scottish coastal life.
