Less than a 2 miles from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, this pool home, located west of US41 and south of Bonita Beach Road, is perfect for couples looking to quietly retreat. A private, lush garden surrounds the home. The screened in lanai, which features a heated pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining, faces south. The second floor balcony offers a stunning sunset view over the bay and Gulf!
Separate desks available for use in the upstairs loft area and the master bedroom, perfect for those bringing their laptops for remote work. What better place to check your emails than on a beachy vacation! There's even a mini fridge upstairs so your snacks and beverages are just steps away from your workspace.
The home has two upstairs and two downstairs bedrooms. The downstairs master suite and the additional downstairs guest bedroom both offer direct access to the lanai and pool. The large bedroom upstairs has its own additional vanity space in the walk in closet, in addition to the his and her bathroom sink spaces in the shared upstairs bathroom. A fourth bedroom with two twin beds is located upstairs. This home is great for families looking to split the upstairs and downstairs for sleeping arrangements.

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
