The large spaces are completely reserved for guests and their 4-legged companions: an independent entrance with shared internal stairs leads to the apartment with a very large and bright fully equipped kitchen, a large living room which, together with the kitchen, has the access to the private panoramic terrace where it is possible to both have breakfast and eat during the summer or sunbathe with your pets who cool off in the outdoor swimming pool placed at their exclusive disposal as well as the barbecue / brazier always available for the exclusive use of guests . The panoramic terrace is equipped with a roll-up awning in order to have the right intensity of sun and light at any time of the day.
The bedrooms, two doubles, one of which has a spacious walk-in closet and one with two single beds, are spacious and full of light, with an exposure on the green hills and garden.
The area dedicated to guests is completed by a complete bathroom with a tub that can be converted into a shower and a service bathroom.

Gabiano (Gabian in Piedmontese) is an Italian town of inhabitants in the province of Alessandria in Piedmont.
It is part of the Basso Monferrato and lies on the southern slope of a 300-metre high hill, dominated by the spectacular Cattaneo Adorno Giustiniani Castle. At its feet stands the ancient Pieve di San Pietro, from the Middle Ages, subsequently remodeled, with beautiful frescoes inside, which preserves the Romanesque bell tower. Numerous hamlets are part of the municipal territory.
The capital is divided into a lower part, around the parish church, and an upper part (Rollino), in which the urban layout typical of medieval "recipes" is recognizable, with ancient houses and the Church of San Defendente. Nearby are the hamlets of Sessana and Casaletto, the latter with the romantic chapel dedicated to the Madonna della Neve.
Also important are the localities of Zoalengo and Mincengo, on two hilly prominences separated by an idyllic valley, where the ancient parish church of Sant'aurelio stands.
Of more recent development is the hamlet of Piagera, in the alluvial plain at the mouth of the Rio Marca in the Po, where an important weekly agro-food market is held.
Gabiano is in a hilly area, despite the discrete connections with the bus lines to Casale Monferrato and Asti, we recommend having your own means of transport to make moving around easier.
The closest motorway exit is Casale Monferrato, the railway stations other than Casale are Asti, Moncalvo and Vercelli.
As mentioned, my family and I live in a completely independent apartment on the ground floor, we only share the stairwell that leads down to us or to the upper floors with the guests.
We kindly ask you not to leave pets free and wandering on the stairs but to always lead them for safety reasons on a leash and equally not to let children play unsupervised on the stairs and in the outdoor common areas.
