MASTER BEDROOM
On your left as you enter the apartment is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. A huge ceiling-to-floor window framed by sweeping curtains floods this beautiful room with light. Clean white walls make a stylish contrast with the polished dark wood floor. There is a comfortable queen-sized bed with a feature wall of paintings above. The room offers ample storage space in the form of a large built-in wardrobe with shelving and elegant antique wood furniture dating from the nineteenth century, including two large cabinets either side of the bed and 2 smaller cabinets by the window. There is also a desk with a computer and two comfy chairs upholstered in soft pastel pink. The room is lit by two bedside lamps and an elegant feature light fitting hangs over the bed, assembled from colourful vintage lampshades.
MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE BATHROOM
With a stylish charcoal-coloured feature wall behind the shower and smart chrome fittings, the ensuite bathroom includes a spacious waterfall shower, heated towel rail, WC, basin, and large wall mirror.
LIVING ROOM
On the right as you enter the property is a cosy, elegantly furnished living room. Warm mustard colours pop out from the sofa cushions and a quirky modern canvass painting on the wall. An original fireplace is made into a fun feature with bright turquoise tiles and a large mirror framed by two abstract modern sculptures on the mantelpiece. A large vintage wooden chest serves as a rustic coffee table, and there is a large sideboard unit with bookshelves in the opposite corner. As well as a double sofa bed there is a sleek modern armchair and footstall, and a small TV in the corner, offering a Roku device so guests can watch TV, as well as an Xbox. Offering beautiful views of the verdant street outside, one of the loveliest features of this room is the long window seat where assorted soft cushions create a charming reading nook.
BATHROOM
A calming, ambient space with beige interiors and chrome fittings. There is a large bathtub, a separate shower, a basin, and a WC. For the ultimate spa luxury there is also underfloor heating.
SECOND BEDROOM/ STUDY
Continuing through on the right is a mezzanine space with a study below and a second bedroom above. The room is bright and airy with fresh white interiors and pale wood flooring. Flowers in the window and a classic burgundy Persian rug add a homely touch. The office is well-equipped, with a sleek black desk, two large desktop computer monitors and a printer. There is also a spacious wardrobe for additional storage. For the musical amongst us, you will also find a beautiful piano and guitar! With access via a ladder, the mezzanine floor opens out into a delightful bedroom, complete with a super king-sized bed and a nook in the wall crammed with books. The room is edged with colourful cushions, creating the perfect hideaway to relax in. A cosy space in the winter, there is also an air conditioning unit available upon request in the summer.
THIRD BEDROOM
Opposite is a third bedroom, again with clean white interiors and a colourful Persian rug. There is a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers. In here you'll find a single bed.
KITCHEN/ DINING ROOM
At the back of the apartment and overlooking the garden is a beautiful, chic open-plan kitchen and dining room space. The kitchen is spacious and modern with smart white units brightened by cheerful bright orange wall tiles. There is a fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. By the patio doors and offering charming views of the terrace and garden, is a dining room area with a round table and six chairs (although the table is extendable and can accommodate up to 10 guests if required). The room is decorated with quirky modern prints and a luscious display of house plants.
GARDEN
Through the patio doors you will find a lovely terrace of wooden decking overlooking a delightful garden. The terrace includes a garden table and chairs – an ideal spot for al fresco dining in the summer or even cosying up with a warming drink on a crisp winter’s day. The garden itself is accessed by wooden steps and is sheltered by leafy trees and bordered by plant beds.
