The property location is prime! Located close to the heart of Gatlinburg (8 minutes away), yet secluded and private, located at the very end of a dead-end street with flat & easy driveway parking. Only 5 minutes from the Smoky Mountains National Park entrance and 15 min from Dollywood and all Pigeon Forge attractions. Beautiful nature around the cabin allows for safe bear sightings from any of the three huge decks.
This 3-level property has 3 ample bedrooms, each with a fireplace, 3 full bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and an open floor plan for living and dining areas. Huge windows throughout open the way to the great outdoors and lighting. The 400 ft loft on the third level and movie/ gaming area will make you not want to leave your cabin!

The cabin sleeps a total of 8 with a first and third-level master suites with King-size beds. Bunk-beds room on the lower level. Amazing views of Mt. LeConte and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, along with downtown Gatlinburg city lights right from your private deck and loft and yes, the MB bed!. Relax in the huge 8 people hot tub in a private setting and watch the lighted Ober gondola pass by while having your coffee or sipping wine!
With over 3,000 indoor sq. ft. and over 1400 sqft of outdoor space, this 3-story cabin with gaming (full-size pool table, air hockey, TV/movie theater setting & Arcade games) and views has plenty of space for entertainment. So just come and enjoy amazing long-range views any time of the year!
Great amenities! with access to the 3 Chalet Village clubhouses for you to use with this rental, which include amenities such as pools, tennis courts, additional gaming, gym, playgrounds and more. Facilities schedule is from Memorial Day in May to Labor Day in September. Facilities are open from 9am to 9pm. You will find the access card on site and to access any of the 3 clubhouses:
- South Baden Clubhouse Pool is mins away @ 1319 S. Baden Drive (Closed on Tuesdays)
- North Pool/Clubhouse @705 Village Loop Rd (Closed on Wednesdays)
- Alpine Pool/Clubhouse @ 1151 Upper Alpine Way (Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays)

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, crockpot, waffle maker, air fryer, quesadilla maker, bagel toasters, and pots and pans for your convenience. We also provide a few courtesy items to get you started for your stay but do not stock supplies meant to last an entire stay. There are 2 courtesy trash bags provided for the kitchen, 4 dishwasher packs, a small dish soap, and 2 rolls of paper towels. We apologize that per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil, or other condiments.
Is there a bedroom on the main floor?
Yes, there is a bedroom with an attached full bathroom on the main floor, suitable for in-laws or sharing the rental with friends.
Is there a grill?
Yes, there is a gas grill on the front porch in the first level --with a timer as per new Gatlinburg Fire Department Regulations.
Are there appliances and a coffee maker?
Yes, cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could think of! The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. There is also a Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo. Coffee Bar upstairs with expresso and cappuccino maker.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Towels are provided according to cabin capacity, and hand towels and washcloths are provided in each bathroom as well. As it is customary in the area, you are welcome to bring additional towels or beach towels for the hot tub, as we provide towels according to the maximum number of guests.
Are pets allowed?
No pets of any kind are allowed in the cabin at any time.
We love and have pets; however, we do prefer to keep this cabin hypoallergenic for other guests, therefore no pets are allowed. If this house rule is violated, an additional $400 fee for cleaning services would be required.
Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?
2 courtesy rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap, lotion, and Shampoo/Conditioner.
Are there TVs and cable?
Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features an 80” HD smart TV. Each TV will come equipped with YouTube for access to live cable channels. Additionally, each TV has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and many more of your favorite streaming apps that you are able to log in to with your own credentials at your convenience.
Does the cabin have any games or activities?
The cabin features a full-size pool table and air hockey table, basketball game, mini bowling, arcade, and movie theater. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. Additionally, 70" TV. There is also an 8-person jacuzzi on the bottom deck overlooking the mountains depending on the time of the year.
What are the roads like to get to the cabin?
It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide, paved and city-maintained. It’s the mountains so you will find curvy roads to get to any cabin. For any cabin located up in Gatlinburg, we recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter months.
Is there parking?
There is a paved, flat driveway, as per the pictures.
Are there bears?
Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans, please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them. Lock your cars!
Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?
Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg, and you will be less than a 10-minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, It is also less than a 5-minute drive to the Ober ski resort.
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks.
Rental Agreement and Policies: The guest is responsible for reading and reviewing the Rental Agreement. Booking this property will be considered acknowledgment and acceptance of the rules and regulations outlined in the Rental Agreement. Additionally, the rental agreement must be signed by the primary renter and a photo ID must be provided to the host.

Please note that due to Gatlinburg fire department new regulations, we were required to disable the balcony fire pit.
We have created a very safe cabin environment, even with barriers for bears in the lower balcony, yet they are climbing creatures and we ask guests to be mindful of this and ensure you use the latches to secure the hot tub cover. Also be aware that they have a very sharp sense of smell and in any cabin, they will come after the smell of food or food left outside.
Please be aware there are security cameras on the exterior of the home recording audio and video.
