The kitchen has everything needed for long stays. There is a large screened balcony with a dining table to enjoy morning coffee and dinners watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. The condo is located minutes from multiple area beaches, downtown Venice, Atlanta Braves Spring Training Cool Today Park, downtown Wellen Park and dining.
The unit comes with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, beach tent, and shark tooth hunting supplies. There are also two bikes which can be used on the extensive trails throughout the community and the Venice area. There is a community pool within walking distance of the unit.
