Constantia is a beautiful villa with a unique character and ambiance, nestled in the charming village of Armeni within Rethymno prefecture.
Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you'll find a hallway that leads to a Spa room featuring a Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi facilities, and a shower/WC. An internal staircase guides you to the first floor, where you'll discover a fully equipped, spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, Satellite TV, an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large dining table. On this same floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed, another with a large double bed, and the third with twin beds. Two additional bathrooms are also found on this floor, one with a shower/WC, and the other with a Wet room/WC (including a washbasin, shower, and spiral layout).
On the second floor, a hallway leads to a sofa that can be transformed into a single bed, and to a fourth bedroom furnished with a double bed and an en-suite Wet room/WC, also equipped with a washbasin, shower, and spiral layout. On the roof garden, you'll also find table tennis and enjoy a pleasant view of the village of Armeni and the surrounding area.

Résumé: We recently returned from Constantia and the charming town of Armenia in Crete. Kostas the owner, was on hand to resolve any issues we had in the property which he did with eagerness and without question. Would definitely recommend car hire to explore the north Rethymno and south side of the island. As the property is positioned high up, don’t be fooled by cloudy weather, sun could be found within 30 minutes away at the many beautiful beaches recommend to us by Kostas. Tavernas, supermarket, coffee shop etc all available within walking distance, all with delightful owners. Not all aspects of the property were clean on arrival and there were some minor repairs that needed attending to during our stay. However, as mentioned, once pointed out these were actioned as soon as we notified the owner. A lovely property available at the appropriate price point.
