Layout
Over 190m2 in size, Villa Gold is a modern and spacious villa, split between 3 levels. Practical, contemporary amenities will ensure you enjoy a well earned, relaxing break. The airy space accommodates 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 7 if required. A separate apartment reached via external access allows both privacy and autonomy.
Ground Floor
Entering the villa, you will find yourselves in a bright, sunny, open-plan room, boasting the living room with its fireplace, 50 TV with Netflix and ample lounging space. Within the open plan living area, a dining area for 6 is available along with the fully equipped kitchen which challenges you to create traditional cretan dishes for your family to enjoy. Patio doors lead from the living area to the pool terrace for easy indoor-outdoor access.
First Floor
Just a few steps above the lounge, you reach an open mezzanine area with glass balustrade which overlooks the living room and boasts an extra seating area, double bed and bookcase. Two of the villas bedrooms are also located on the first floor. One bedroom features 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined together if required, while the second is equipped with a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00). Both bedrooms have small balconies with garden view, are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Two bathrooms are available on this level. The spacious first bathroom boasts double sinks, bathtub and washing machine, while the second offers a practical shower cabin to suit everyones needs.
Lower Floor
The lower floor apartment is accessed via an external entrance. Providing privacy for your group, the apartment offers a small lounge with 32 TV, A/C, small table and kitchenette suitable for rustling up a simple breakfast or lunch. The bedroom has a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and a bathroom with shower cabin. A separate room opens via folding doors, providing direct access to a patio area with a small garden. This room features a football table, exercise bike, clothes dryer and large fridge.
Outdoor area
The 450 m2 outdoor area of Villa Gold is designed and positioned for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The terrace is surrounded by trees and flowers and creates an intimate, calming atmosphere. The terrace boasts several facilities, which include:
- An 18m2 private swimming pool with a depth of 1,50 m. throughout.The pool terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrellas, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the sun throughout the day. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge, upon request.
- The gas BBQ and outdoor dining table for up to 10 guests await you for al fresco dining under the stars and warm night sky.
- A shaded pergola with additional seating area offers a nice place to relax, while the lawn covered area by the pool is great for children to play all day long.
