Guest Experience & Policies
Guests have exclusive access to their private cabin and outdoor space, with the option to bring their own grill. If you forget one, no worries—simply ask at the convenience store or message us after booking to arrange a grill rental.
We welcome well-behaved pets, with a $25 per pet, per night fee. Pets must be fully house-trained, cleaned up after, and kept off furniture. An additional minimum charge of $50 will apply for any pet accidents or excessive hair cleanup. Please inform us in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can add the fee to your reservation.
Please Note: The property is undergoing renovations, so there may be light construction during permitted hours. However, your private cabin area remains undisturbed, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Though there may be other guests on the property, no one will intrude upon your private space.

1) No Parties & Local Guest Policy
Parties are strictly prohibited. If you are a local guest, you must communicate with the host before booking. This helps us prevent unauthorized gatherings.
Any violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
2) Occupancy Limits
Please book with the correct number of guests to ensure accurate pricing.
Unless you receive prior approval from the host, a maximum of four (4) guests is allowed on the property at any time.
Violations will result in immediate removal of all guests without refund and a penalty of $100 per unauthorized person, per day.
3) Self Check-In & Communication
This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the provided check-in instructions.
Your check-in guide can be found in your Airbnb “Trips” tab under your trip itinerary.
Please inform your host of your anticipated check-in and check-out times to help us coordinate turnovers efficiently.
Before contacting the host with questions, please review the house manual and check-in instructions.
4) Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors
Our quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and other marina guests.
No loud music or disruptive behavior that could disturb others.
We follow Rent Responsibly standards to ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all.
5) Fees & Additional Charges
We strive to maintain our property in top condition for all guests. Please review the following fee schedule:
Pet Fee – $25 per pet, per night
Pets must be 100% house-trained (no accidents, excessive barking, or destructive behavior).
Pets must be cleaned up after (including hair and outdoor waste).
No pets on furniture or bedding.
Additional charge of $50+ for any pet-related cleaning (accidents, excessive hair, etc.).
Inform the host in advance if bringing a pet so the fee can be added to your reservation.
Flushing Fee – $100
Only toilet paper and human waste should be flushed.
DO NOT flush plastics, feminine products, paper towels, diapers, flushable wipes, condoms, or any other items.
Smoking Fee – $200 per night
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted outside.
Dispose of cigarette butts properly. A charge of $1 per cigarette butt left behind will apply.
Late Checkout Fee – $100 per hour
Unauthorized late check-out is charged at $100 per hour, rounded up to the next full hour.
Extra Cleaning Fee – Minimum $50
Our cleaning fee covers standard cleaning for courteous guests who leave the space in good condition.
Excessive messes will result in additional cleaning fees.
Lost & Left Behind Items – $25 Handling Fee + Shipping Cost
If you leave items behind, a $25 handling fee will apply in addition to shipping costs.
6) Outdoor Furniture & Property Care
Do not move indoor furniture outside.
Outdoor cushions are the guest’s responsibility. Please bring them inside if there’s bad weather.
Any violation of the house rules (late checkout, excessive mess, damages, etc.) that causes losses to the host (e.g discounting/refunding the next guest) will be charged to the responsible guest.
