This cozy farm is located in the Frisian countryside in the middle of the meadows, near Suwald. It has a jetty where you can moor a boat. There is a hot tub and a swimming area and there are plenty of options for the children. Moreover, your faithful four-legged friend is also welcome!
From the farm you can make beautiful bike rides, including the famous ferry route 'De 8 van Grou'. You can visit nearby Leeuwarden and enjoy a walk through the beautiful surroundings.
The farm is located on open water and has its own small harbor. Fishing, swimming, canoeing or paddle boarding, everything is possible. The interior is completely styled in Riviera Maison and the location is very suitable for children. There is a large trampoline, a football table, a darts corner, table tennis, shuffleboard, a small billiards and a basketball area. At the back is a lovely garden where you can play freely and sit in the sun. There is 1 pony that cannot be ridden but that does like to be brushed. There are 2 cuddly rabbits and the cat and chickens complete the picture. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the panoramic view over the meadows. The sauna can be optionally booked on site.
Next to the farm is a chalet (house code NL-0046-25). The farm and chalet can also be rented together, ideal for multiple families (house code NL-0048-50). There is a Jura bean coffee machine in both the Farm and the Chalet.
The rental income is reinvested by the owner in the location to make it an idyllic spot, the aim is to bring it back to the old original style. New things are tackled every year.
The cat is not allowed in the living area of the farm. Dogs are welcome. Please indicate this in advance. 2 Dogs in the farm and 1 is welcome in the Chalet.
For a fee, the pizza oven and a green egg can be used. Please reserve via the House owner.
For all Guests, it is possible to have a sloop brought to the location at the harbor, next to the accommodation.
Reservations for groups of persons under 23 years of age are not permitted
