Welcome to our Cosy Apartment, nestled in the heart of Borth. Set within an original beach stone cottage, this inviting upstairs apartment offers a great base for your family holiday, beach breaks, or coastal adventures. Less than a minute’s walk away is Borth’s Blue Flag award-winning beach, known for its clean waters, wide sands, and safe swimming for all the family.

The room is perfect for relaxing, with a new smart TV for quiet evenings in. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom, where a low double bed sits beneath a sloping ceiling, ideal for older children or teenagers, though it can also suit adults who don’t mind the lower headroom.
The bathroom is compact and practical, with pine cladding, a bath with a shower over, a sink, and a WC.
The kitchen is simple and compact, with a handmade wooden design that provides everything you need for your stay, including a microwave, toaster, kettle, and essential cookware.
The wooden dining table seats five, with an extra chair tucked away in the cupboard under the stairs if needed. If you’d like a high chair, just let us know beforehand and we’ll have it ready for you.
