In the heart of the Champagne region, situated by the lakes of the Orient Forest, our gites are the perfect place for a holiday with friends or family.

Located in MAGNANT, a village in the heart of the Aube countryside, a one-minute drive from exit 22 off the A5 autoroute, you won’t be disappointed by the number of activities on offer. If culture is your thing, why not check out the Charles de Gaulle Memorial, The Renoir House and Museum or the Bayel Crystal Glassworks? Adrenaline junkies won’t be disappointed by the choice of canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, pedalos, windsurfing, hiking and horse riding on offer, whilst the foodies amongst you can indulge in tasting the local Chaource cheeses and champagnes that the region is famous for !

Behind a curtain of greenery and bordering fields, our modern, 4-star rated, timber-framed gites have have been thoughtfully decorated for a calm and comfortable stay.

Each gite is generously-sized and consists of an entryway, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, a kitchen-diner, 2 large bedrooms (one with a 160cm x 200cm queen-size bed and one with a king-size bed made up of either one 180cm x 200 bed or two 90cm x 200 cm beds), bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outside boasts a covered terrasse and garden space.

The site also benefits from shared parking, and animals are allowed.

Towels and bedding are provided. Bed making and room cleaning is included in the price.

In order to make the most of your time here, I am happy to organise your activities and reservations in advance! Please let me know if you wish to make reservations for wine tasting tours, spa visits, golf, hacks, museums etc.

Booking Terms and Conditions :
Bookings are only confirmed once we have received the 25% deposit via bank transfer, and a contract has been signed by both parties before the given date.

The remaining balance for the stay is to be paid upon arrival.

A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival. We reserve the right to deduct from the security deposit any costs relating to broken or damaged property caused by the guest(s) during their stay. The security deposit shall be returned to the guest(s) within one week of checkout.

Cancellations :
We reserve the right to request the full amount of the stay should the guest(s) cancel the booking less than 30 days before the intended date of arrival.

If the guest does not arrive within 24 hours of the intended arrival date, they will forfeit use of the gite and we reserve the right to request payment for the full amount of the intended stay.

No refund will be offered in the case of early departure by the guest(s)

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any given time and shall refund any money already paid to us at that date.

You must arrive at the time and date specified in your booking. In the event of any delays, you must notify us as soon as possible.
