Simple, fresh bathroom. Bedroom with two bunk beds for four people. The living room has a well-sized sofa bed for two, here there is a cozy fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Large garden for play and games with trampoline, outdoor furniture, barbecue with coal and gas. Walking distance to lovely family swimming in Torpasjön.
Close to the Åsunden lake, try your luck fishing from the jetty or after a refreshing walk along the beach, here there are at least 17 different fish species, such as Perch, Pike, Goose and Trout. The forest and land around the cabin are rich in berries and mushrooms.
To see and do in Länghem and the surrounding area
Visit the fantastic castle Torpa Stenhus where Gustav Vasa picked up his third wife. Here you can go on guided tours, look at the beautiful exhibitions and have coffee, or why not have a good lunch. Also take the opportunity to visit Hofsnäs Herrgård, where you get a culinary journey in a manor setting.
For those interested in nature, there are many fine hiking trails. Hofsnäs nature trail is a beautiful area in the Torpanäset nature reserve where there are trails from 1 km up to 4.8 km. So, pack a little picnic in a backpack and head out into the nature.
About 45 minutes from Länghem is Borås. Here you can visit Borås Zoo, the Textile Museum and Navet Science Centre. Go out and have a good meal at one of the city's restaurants or just stroll around. If you drive another 25 minutes west, you will find Gothenburg with, among other things, shopping, Liseberg and Universeum.
